I have been lecturing on the ketogenic diet for a while now. I have been on the diet for 5 years myself and I recommend it to my athletes and clients. And the STANDARD question people ask me are:
HOW CAN I EAT SO MUCH FAT AND STILL BE LEAN?
HOW AM I OK WITH SUCH HIGH CHOLESTROL LEVELS?
WON’T I GET A HEART ATTACK WITH SO MUCH FAT IN MY DIET?

I can answer all of this in detail, but FIRST people need to understand that they need to unlearn all the lies they have learnt about FAT. Otherwise the truth will juts seem too unreal to be true.
