Social media is full of miraculous before-after transformations, fat to fit claims, celebrity transformation stories and ‘inspirational’ photos. What they conveniently leave out or disgustingly lie about rampantly is the usage of steroids, pharmaceuticals and/or surgeries involved. They flaunt SHORT TERM GAIN and ignore the LONG TERM DAMAGE. And people, out of sheer ignorance or even out of the desperation of needing to believe in something, believe it, and fall prey to crooks and ‘instagram transformation gurus’.
THOSE TRANSFORMATIONS ARE 99% OF THE TIME NOT TRANSFORMATIONS AT ALL. THOSE ‘TRANSFORMATIONS’ ARE NOTHING BUT SHEER 100% BULLSHIT.
Well, if you are one of the few who believed that bullcrap, i’m sorry to burst your bubble so painfully. But trust me, you’ll thank me later.
The picture above is what a real transformation looks like.
-It is gradual.
-The fat-loss corresponds to a genuine increase in strength, health, fitness and endurance.
-The benefits and results are long-lasting and most often positively life-altering.
-It does not result from a secret usage of steroids or pharmaceuticals or illegal substances.
-AND it does not immediately WOW you when you see it in a ocean of photoshopped, roided, full of bullshit transformationgrams.
BUT, THIS IS REAL. THIS IS WHAT IS TRUE. THIS IS TRULY WORTH EVERY BIT OF THE EFFORT THAT HAS BEEN PUT IN. AND THIS IS WHAT THE PROCESS OF ACHIEVING REAL FITNESS GOALS LOOKS LIKE.
If you are not ready for reality, you will only be fooled. If you allow the media to define your concepts or what is possible and what is real and what is worthy… You may think you know it all and do it all, but you will be the one left paying the price of your own ignorance. And only the parasites that feed on your insecurities will profit from your ignorance.
So open your eyes, open your mind and see whats real. Maybe, it will change your life. Maybe it would help you save another you care about.
