How to Programme a Strength Training Plan for Athletes

STRENGTH Training Programming for Athletes.
Strength training for Body Building and Powerlifting requires a very different programming than what is required for an athlete of another sport. So randomly following bodybuilding plans do not serve well in this domain.

To explain the intricacies and what makes a solid strength training plan for athletes with a key focus on combat or contact sport athletes, I made this specific video.
