This simple but effective tutorial that is a must learn for women.
With a shitload of stupid pseudo feministic ads showing some utter crap high risk behaviours as recommended ‘feministic’ behaviours in tense situations on TV, i felt compelled to share this.
NOTE: Situational awareness and staying attuned with your fight or flight response is extremely essential. Don’t follow the stupid ads you see on TV and aggravate an aggressor unnnecessarily – especially in a situation where you are alone and in a strange environment.
(yes, i’m referring to the extremely dumb ad from REEBOK which was on air recently where a girl is aggravating a situation when she is outnumbered and in a dark lane – sorry but such pseudo feminism will not save you in such a situation in real life.)
It is necessary to note that all strikes only get hard and forceful with practice. So knowing the techniques of any skill is not enough – you need practice to strengthen it and to make it second nature / almost a reflex action.
